Pricing exemptions*
There are some pricing exemptions in specific EV charging stations due to special circumstances.
The following table outlines charging stations where exempted rates are applied.

Mobile Application
Our app is designed to be easy and intuitive.
- Locate your EV charger on Eleport Polska app
- Select the correct connector and tap “Start charging”
- Connect your vehicle to the charger – charging starts in a few seconds
- To stop, press and hold the “Stop charge” button in the app
- Disconnect your vehicle from the charger

Credit Card Terminal
Our Credit Card Terminal is designed to be easy and intuitive.
- Press START button on Credit Card Terminal.
- Choose charging port , connect the plug to your car and follow instructions on the screen.
- Amount shown on the screen will be blocked on your card during charging session. The difference between blocked and charged amount will be returned after end of the charging session.
- Use your card to authorise the payment.
- Disconnect your vehicle from the charger.

RFID Charging card*
On Eleport charging stations in Poland you can use only our roaming partner RFID card and our partner pricing list applies
- Locate your preferred Eleport charging station
- Connect your vehicle to the charger
- Tap your RFID card on the charger display – charging begins automatically in a few seconds.
- To stop, tap your RFID card again on the display and end the session.
- Disconnect your vehicle from the charger
Our roaming partners are e.g. Mercedes me Charge, Shell Card EV, Charge myHyundai, Kia Charge or Elocity. To charge with Eleport rates download Eleport Polska app.
* Eleport is not distributing RFID cards in Poland at the moment
Single Payment Portal
Single payment portal is a convenient way to charge without being a registered customer.
- Go to zaplac.eleport.pl on your browser.
- Find your charger, select it, and then choose the connector.
- Provide your credit card details and email for the receipt
- Connect your vehicle to the charger – charging starts automatically
- To stop, end charging from your car – check your car’s user manual how to do so.
